- What are Umrah packages?
- Umrah Packages offer a complete solution so that the holy trip becomes as hassle free as possible and the maximum of the time is spent in prayers. Umrah packages offered by TCS include: Hotel accommodation, Visa processing & charges, transfers and required services.
- What are the types of packages available?
- TCS offers 3, 4 & 5 star hotel packages for 5, 7, 10 and 14 nights.
- What is seasonal validity?
- Umrah has 3 seasons:
- Low – March-June
- Shoulder – July-August
- High – Sep – 15th October
- Who is eligible for an Umrah Visa?
- All Muslim are eligible for an Umrah Visa. Males above 25 years of age, and all females with Mehram. Foreign nationals are required to have POC or minimum 2 years of stay in Pakistan.
- Is it necessary for a female to be accompanied by a Mehram?
- Mehram is necessary for all females traveling to the holy land. Relation with Mehram is required to be proved through documents.
- How can I apply for an Umrah Visa?
- For all Umrah Visa applicants and Umrah package is required along with the following documents:
- Passport (minimum 8 months validity)
- Original CNIC or POC
- 4 photographs 4x6 cm with white background
- For infant & children required ‘B’ form
- How do I perform Umrah?
- An Umrah guide is available at the TCS Travel Office.
- What is the validity of the Umrah Visa?
- As per Ministry of Hajj Saudi Arabia maximum visa validity is for 1 month

- Who is eligible for Hajj?
- Any Muslim Pakistani National is eligible to apply for Hajj.
Non-eligible: Those who have performed Hajj in the last 5 years & ladies without Mehram
- What types of Hajj packages does TCS offer?
- TCS offers 3, 4 & 5 star hotel packages for 15, 19 and 24 days Hajj packages with special & upgraded services.
- When & how to apply for Hajj?
- The aspiring traveler can contact us for Hajj booking in the month of July-August and finalize the hajj package, which he wishes to take. For Hajj booking the following documents are required:
- CNIC (photocopy)
- CNIC (photocopy) for next to kin
- 8 photographs 4x6 cm with white background

- How do I make my Airline, hotel and car Reservation?
- You can make your Airline, hotel and car reservations by calling us on our toll free 0800-11827 or UAN numbers 111-123-456; you can also fax your request 021-4536301 or send an e-mail to make your reservations. We will get back to you with your confirmation number and flight details. You can make reservation for your self, spouse, children and infants (children bellow two years of age) for one way or round trip journeys.
- What types of payments do you accept?
- We accept, cash, all major credit cards, pay orders and bank drafts.
- Can I request for special seats?
- Yes we can pre-assign the seats for you on most of the international and domestic Airlines.
- When/how do I reconfirm my seats?
- Before starting of the first leg of your journey, if you do not cancel the plan of travel, we will reconfirm your seats. If you stay any where for more than 72 hours, you have to reconfirm your seats with your local airline office.

- Can I cancel my reservation?
- All airline tickets are subject to the rules and restrictions. Many tickets, especially advance purchase and special fare tickets are non refundable and have no value. Also at times, fares are changeable with some penalty or changing fee.

- What delivery option do you offer?
- We offer convenient delivery option by TCS. Shipping through TCS allows us to track the delivery of tickets.
